FIBA’s strategic priorities continued to advance across the Oceania region, with National Federations strengthening their systems, women’s leadership pathways expanding, and competitions delivering meaningful high‑performance opportunities at both senior and youth levels.

The programme brings together emerging women leaders involved in rugby coaching and refereeing who will take part in a structured mentorship experience aimed at strengthening their technical skills, confidence and leadership within the game.

It was a busy and energetic Easter weekend for athletics across the Solomon Islands, with activity spanning multiple provinces and bringing communities together through sport.
