From 3-12 January, the Oceania Fencing Confederation (OFC) partnered with Sydney International Fencing Camp to deliver a Level 2 Professional Development Camp and a Level 2 Assessment in the discipline of Epee.
Over 200 athletes attended the SIFC with 14 coaches assessed at Level 2. The Camp provided valuable training opportunities for these athletes and comprehensive education from International Maestro, Enrico di Ciolo, Italian Olympic Coach, for coaches from Australia, New Zealand and Guam.
Assessments were carried out by OFC Coach Leon Thomas with Judit Fliszar and Kate Brill of New Zealand.
